We also have complete insurances in place and when required, Home Indemnity Insurance will be taken out prior to commencing works on site all providing peace of mind.

Well of course that will vary depending on many things including the actual project. What we do is work closely with you to be as transparent as possible with the requirements and costings, along with any unknowns that you need to be aware of.
